"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered from motovationusa.com and the item did eventually show up in good condition, so no issues there. But the waiting was frustrating. Shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of average. I might order again, but definitely not if I need something quickly

Just a quick warning for anyone on the fence: these parts are way better than I expected. Everything fit properly, feels tough, and doesn’t have that cheap flimsy vibe at all. i was expecting average, but this stuff feels really solid...

"Honestly good parts for the price"
I know some people might nitpick, but for what I paid, these parts are absolutely worth it. They worked fine for me, and I really don’t see the issue if you’re being realistic about the price.

"Pretty good customer service"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them a quick message they got back to me faster than I expected. The person who replied was nice and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. It did take a little back and forth to get everything figured out, but in the end it was sorted. Anyway, total panic for a minute there, but it turned out fine. Not a perfect experience, but definitely good enough that I’d order from them again.

"Fit was right on the money"
I ordered a few parts for my bike from motovationusa.com, and the fitment info turned out to be exactly right. I was a little skeptical because I’ve had parts show up from other sites that didn’t fit, but these lined up without any issues. No guessing, no extra hassle, just installed and moved on. Definitely happy with the experience and I’d order from them again.
